Nike has appointed Lee Bird to president of its subsidiaries, including Converse, Nike Bauer Hockey, Cole Haan, Hurley International and Exeter Brands Group. The former chief operating officer of The Gap and chief financial officer of Old Navy will report directly to Mark Parker, Nike’s chief executive.
