Nike has extended its contract with a leading Brazilian football team, Sport Club Corinthian Paulista, through 2029 with a one-time payment of 25 million Brazilian reais (€6.3m-$7.5m). The current contract, which was originally set to expire in 2025, continues to pay the team R$30 million (€7.6m-$9.1m) per year.
