Nike has launched Aero React, a fabric that responds to moisture vapor by opening its structure to become more breathable. In other words, the bi-component yarn supports natural thermal-regulation. When the wearer gets warm, it reacts by augmenting the ventilation. Aero React has been developed with insights from the Nike Explore Team (NXT) Sport Research Lab and runners around the world. The idea is to provide optimal body temperature for runners, to help improve their comfort and performance. Nike spent several years researching and testing the fabric.
