Nike has signed up an exclusive supply deal with Zotefoams, a U.K.-based specialist in cellular material technology. UNader the terms of the contract, Zotefoams will supply high-performance foam materials exclusively to Nike within the footwear industry. The foams can be formulated to specific customer needs. Zotefoams produces lightweight Azote polyolefin and Zotek high-performance foams through a manufacturing process that uses environmentally-friendly nitrogen expansion. Zotefoams also uses its own cellular materials to make T-Fit advanced insulation. Zotefoams is headquartered in Croydon, around 15 km south of London, with additional manufacturing sites in Kentucky, Massachusetts and Oklahoma in the U.S., and in China's Jiangsu Province.
