Nike has signed up Jason Day, the current top-ranked golfer, for shoes and apparel, according to ESPN. The deal is reportedly worth $10 million a year. It was made possible by the fact that Day recently re-signed an equipment contract with TaylorMade and that Nike is exiting the golf equipment segment. Day joins Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy in Nike's stables. However, Woods has all but retired and McIrloy has not been consistent lately.
