Nike has sued Wal-Mart in a U.S. District Court in Illinois, accusing the retailer of selling shoes that infringed on Nike’s trademarks for its Shox trainers. Nike is seeking an injunction against Wal-Mart’s sale of the shoes as well as unspecified damages.
