Palco23 reports that Nike has opened an outdoor space, called Play Now BCN, in Barcelona’s Parc del Fòrum. It is set up for a variety of sports – football, basketball, skateboarding, dance and fitness training – and has the backing of several local sports entities: Streetball Barcelona Sants, Street Football x Barcelona, Skate Agora and two dance schools, Tribu Urbana and Urban Dance Factory. The facility can hold 250 people and is open from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekends. Members of the public may make reservations through the Nike website. Nike provides transport to the site from its flagship store at Barcelona’s Paseo de Gracia.
