Twenty-year-old basketball player Cade Cunningham, a dynamic 2.03-meter point guard who completed his freshman season as Big 12 Player of the Year and a consensus All-American, will sign a multi-year contract with Nike for footwear and apparel according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. The Nike deal is expected to be the highest-earning shoe contract among all players in this year’s draft class. During his rookie season, Nike plans to have Cunningham help lead its new “Greater Than” series, wearing player-exclusive editions of models like the GT Cut, GT Run and GT Jump.
