Nikwax has appointed Brian Davison, current director of sales, as its new president. He replaces Rick Meade, who will be leaving the company to seek new opportunities after three years in that role. In addition, Heidi Allen, the current marketing director, has been promoted to vice-president of marketing. She will be responsible for the commercial strategy in North America and global marketing engagement. Both appointments are effective July 1.
