Nina Graf-Vlachy has been appointed as head of global strategy at Puma earlier this month. The 32 year-old Slovenian joined the company's global strategy team in 2013 after assignments as a project manager at the Boston Consulting Group. She takes over from Arne Freundt, who held that function for three and a half years and is switching to another position as Puma's global head of retail and e-commerce. Puma describes Freundt as one of the key drivers for Puma's repositioning under the leadership of its chief executive Bjørn Gulden. Freundt himself is taking over from Stefan Meyrat, who has left Puma. Both Graf-Vlachy and Freundt are reporting directly to Gulden and based in Herzogenaurach, where Puma's global and European retail head office was relocated from Switzerland.
