NK Sport, the high-end sporting goods store in Stockholm, will reopen in September after a renovation of its 1,800-square-meter space. It hopes to offer current and new NK customers an inspiring, modern sporting goods environment that is closely linked to the fashion scene. What used to be a focus on activities like tennis and sailing has changed with the times, and NK Sport will now cater to more outdoor-oriented sports, with dedicated departments for running, skiing and cycling. Marc Nylander, who previously ran The North Face store on Kungsgaran in Stockholm, will be in charge of the new NK Sport. He told Sportfack that there will be an exciting international mix of high-end brands including Arc'teryx, Black Diamond, Black Yak, Cake, Falke, Fjällräven, Goldwin, Hestra, Houdini, Icebreaker, Klättermusen, La Sportiva, Mammut, Nike, Oakley, Osprey, Patagonia, Peak Performance, POC, Rapha, Salomon, Snow Peak, Specialized, Sweet, Adidas Outdoor and TNF.
