
Nobis Inc, a Canadian outerwear and accessories brand available in over 35 countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia, announced its joint venture with Shenzhen-based multi-brand fashion group ShenZhen Ellassay Fashion Co. as part of Nobis’ global expansion strategy. The strategic alliance leverages the strengths of both companies by combining Nobis’ innovative, high-quality and functional outerwear with Ellassay’s in-depth knowledge of the Chinese market, renowned distribution network and outstanding brand-building capabilities. With this partnership, Nobis is taking a decisive step to consolidate its position as an international leader in luxury outerwear.
The joint venture will see the opening of Nobis’ first physical retail stores in China to provide a comprehensive brand experience to new and existing customers. Nobis’ product line, known for its blend of technical performance and fashionable design, will complement Ellassay’s brand portfolio, including Self-Portrait, IRO, Laurèl and Ed Hardy. The joint venture will drive Nobis brand development and operations in China, including Hong Kong and Macau.
