On, the Swiss brand of running shoes that came out as the overall winner of the Ispo Award 2013 in the footwear category, is expanding its distribution in Germany. The brand has already signed orders with Sport Scheck, Sport Sperk, Breuninger and LEX, a big group of retailers specializing in the running segment, which currently counts 67 shops across the country. Additionally, the brand is sold by independent retailers specializing in the running segment, such as the Laufshop in Frankfurt, Sport Gruner in Constance and Sport Bohny in Freiburg. Last but not least, On is sold by running specialists such as Bunert and Active. Bunert runs 11 stores in Germany, and Active two. From September 2013, On will also be sold in Laufbar, the well-known running store in Munich. By the end of 2012, the Swiss company had sold more than 100,000 pairs of shoes since its first model, the Cloudsurfer, hit the stores in Europe in June 2010.
