Orkla, a big Norwegian investment fund that was once Helly Hansen’s major shareholder, has acquired a 5.4 percent stake in Amer Sports. The largest shareholder of the Finnish group is probably the Nordea Group, with a combined direct and indirect stake of 19.2 percent.
