Patrick D. Anderson, who joined Columbia Sportswear in 1992, is resigning from the company, leaving by April 30. Before being promoted to chief operating officer in 2002, Anderson was Columbia’s controller and chief financial officer. Columbia will reportedly announce a restructuring of its executive suite later this week.
