Patxi Fernández Allende is the new managing director of the Spanish Intersport CCS buying group. He worked previously for various retailers including Lidl and Perfumerias If. He acted as managing director of Forum Sport, the Spanish sporting goods retail chain owned by the Eroski group. Reporting to Ignasi Puig, chief executive of Intersport España, the new executive is taking the place of Sergi González, who left the company at the end of last year at the end of his contract.
