Pelican International has appointed Marie-Christine Piedboeuf as president, effective Sept. 1. She had been serving as vice-president of operations for several years, after arriving at the company in 2000. Prior to joining the Quebec-based maker of leisure and fishing boats, she worked at Nike Bauer as materials specialist in advanced research.
