Giuseppe Musciacchio, Deputy CEO, has resigned from all his positions.
Arena S.p.A., together with Deputy CEO Giuseppe Musciacchio, has announced that Musciacchio will be leaving all his positions on the Board of Directors of Arena S.p.A. and at the Arena Group’s subsidiaries on March 11.
Arena says that the board of directors has already initiated the search for his successor. CEO Peter Graschi will be assuming the responsibilities of the Deputy CEO on an interim basis.
Musciacchio has worked for the company for 18 years and taken on increasing responsibilities since mid-2016 – first as co-CEO and since mid-2021 as Deputy CEO. During his tenure, he has played a significant role in the global expansion of the Arena brand and its positioning as a leader in international swimming and water sports.

As of March 10, the group’s Executive Leadership team consists of Peter Graschi (CEO), Damiano Cafiero (CFO), Giorgio Farinelli (COO), Luca Belogi (CSO), Mark Pinger (General Manager of North America) and Florian Übleis (CDSO).
The Swiss investment firm Capvis acquired Arena in 2014.
SGI Europe met Graschi last year for an extended interview about the company’s future.
