E-commerce company Boozt has recruited Sofia Issakainen as the company’s new Women’s Director.

E-commerce company Boozt has hired Sofia Issakainen as its new Women’s Director. She comes with a strong Nordic background and nearly two decades of experience in the international fashion industry.

As head of the company’s largest and most important fashion category, Issakainen will focus on strengthening the product range, building strong brand partnerships and ensuring that everything is done with a customer-centric mindset, the company said.

Boozt, which started in Sweden in 2007 and sells fashion, including sportswear, hardware and shoes, had a turnover of SEK 8,244 billion in 2024 (€737.7m) and operates in 21 European countries and has over 3.5 million active customers.

Over the past 17 years, Issakinen has held various international roles within the fashion industry, encompassing strategy, buying, product development and brand building. She’s led category management, driven commercial growth and worked closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
