Gymshark has announced the promotion of Carly Natalizia to the role of Chief Digital Officer, a position newly created within the company.

Natalizia, who initially joined Gymshark in 2022 as vice president of marketing, international, has steadily climbed the ranks, subsequently serving as global marketing director in 2023. Before her tenure at Gymshark, Natalizia held significant roles such as Chief Marketing officer at The Very Group and Marketing Director at Virgin Money Digital Bank.

In her new position, Natalizia will join the ranks of Gymshark’s leadership team, reporting directly to the brand’s founder and CEO, Ben Francis.

Gymshark highlighted the strategic importance of Natalizia’s appointment, stating, “Gymshark has moved to bring its entire digital customer journey into one place across digital marketing and digital experience, and we’re thrilled that Carly will head up this new function.”

As Chief Digital Officer, Natalizia’s mandate will involve scrutinizing and optimizing Gymshark’s digital journey to better cater to its audience and propel the brand’s digital growth trajectory for the foreseeable future.
