Gymshark continues its strategic expansion with the appointment of Kim Dolder to the newly established role of General Manager for North America. Dolder joins a lineup of recent senior appointments at Gymshark, including Mat Dunn as CFO, Carly Natalizia as Chief Digital Officer and Laurent Madeleine as Chief Supply Chain Officer. “There are two things that really get me out of bed in the morning – the world of fitness and growing brands in the market,” Dolder commented. ”Therefore, to be able to join Gymshark at this point on its incredible journey is a dream come true.”

In her new capacity, Dolder will spearhead Gymshark’s expansion efforts in North America, overseeing operations in New York and driving brand awareness initiatives. She will report directly to CFO Dunn. “North America is comfortably our biggest region, responsible for half of our annual revenues. Yet, we still have such a small slice of the market, meaning the opportunity for Gymshark here truly is massive. As we look to ramp up our brand awareness and physical presence, I can think of no one better than Kim to lead this charge,” said Ben Francis, Founder and CEO of Gymshark.

Prior to joining Gymshark, Dolder served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Gilly Hicks brand at Abercrombie and Fitch, where she successfully relaunched the brand as an activewear line and expanded its retail and digital footprint. Her extensive experience also includes senior roles at Target, Outdoor Voices and Under Armour. Additionally, Gymshark has appointed Hannah Mercer, a former Adidas executive, as General Manager for Wholesale and Retail to spearhead its physical expansion efforts.
