JD Sports Fashion Plc has announced key leadership changes as Suzi Williams, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, steps down on Nov. 1, 2024.
Williams, who played a pivotal role in redesigning the group’s remuneration policy since joining in May 2022, will pass her role to Angela Luger on Oct. 1, 2024. Luger will vacate her role as Chair of the ESG Committee and will be succeeded by Darren Shapland.
