Vallat takes over the role from Thierry Guibert.
Lacoste has announced the appointment of Éric Vallat as CEO, effective September 1. He will succeed Thierry Guibert, who has served as CEO of Lacoste since 2015. Guibert will continue in his role as CEO of MF Brands Group, the owners of Gant, Aigle and Tecnifibre, and of the Maus Frères Group.
Éric Vallat brings more than 30 years of experience within global groups across fashion, luxury and spirits. Most recently, he served as CEO of Rémy Cointreau for the past six years. He previously held leadership roles within LVMH Group for ten years, as well as at children’s clothing brand Bonpoint and footwear brand J.M. Weston.
