Snipes has announced Martin Badour as the new President of its operations in the US. Badour, who previously served as Executive VP of Retail for Snipes in the USA, steps into the role effective immediately. He replaces Jim Bojko, who has departed from the company.
In a statement, Badour expressed his commitment to advancing the company’s growth and maintaining its momentum. “I am honored to take over as President for SNIPES in the United States and carry on the momentum that Sven Voth and Jim Bojko have established globally. I look forward to continuing our rapid growth in the US strengthened by the support of our passionate team and The Deichmann Group,” he said.
Dennis Schröder, CEO of Snipes, voiced his support for Badour’s appointment, highlighting his extensive experience and deep understanding of the company’s operations and goals. “Martin is the right person to move forward with the positioning of Snipes in the US. He has been with us for many years and is familiar with our workforce, the target group, and our vision. I am very pleased that he is taking on this role and I am convinced that he will excel,” Schröder stated.
Furthermore, the company noted a significant upcoming change in leadership with the planned departure of Voth, founder and CEO of Snipes. Voth is set to leave his CEO position on May 31, 2024, earlier than initially planned, to join the Advisory Board in June and will continue his association with Snipes in a new capacity.
