Oliver Kamp appears to be the new Retail Director for EMEA at New Balance, as Palco23 is reporting on the basis of Kamp’s own posts on social media. See, for example, the related post on his LinkedIn profile.
New Balance has not yet replied to our request for confirmation.
Marco Alves, according to his own LinkedIn profile, has been New Balance’s Head of Retail Operations for EMEA for the past nine and a half years. His most recent post pertaining to these operations dates to two weeks ago and makes no mention of his leaving the company.
Kamp has spent the past nine years at Lacoste, most recently as Retail & Omnichannel Director for Central and Northern Europe. He has also served as Head of Retail for DACH at both Mammut and Quiksilver and as Retail Manager for a company called Gravis.
