Jeff Bardsley will succeed Kevin Kempin, retiring after 32 years with the company.

Head North America elevated Jeff Bardsley to president and CEO of its racquet sports division, effective July 1, succeeding Kevin Kempin, who is retiring after 32 years with the company. Bardsley has spent more than three decades with Head, 27 of them with Head Canada, and the past five-plus years as vice president of racquet sports marketing for North America. Kempin, meanwhile, climbed the ranks through high-level sales and marketing positions during his tenure and has served in his current roles since 2009.
