Perfect Moment appoints co-founder Jane Gottschalk as its new President and hires former Canada Goose executives to drive growth in the ski apparel market.
Perfect Moment has strengthened its management team to accelerate growth in the luxury ski and lifestyle sector.
The brand’s new president is Jane Gottschalk, Perfect Moment’s co-founder and Chief Creative Officer. Perfect Moment considers Jane Gottschalk the perfect choice due to her leading vision and creativity. She will continue to direct the company’s creative marketing and brand strategy while serving as co-founder, Chief Creative Officer and now President, the company said.

Gottschalk will continue to shape the brand’s vision and development, working closely with the the new hirings from Canada Goose, Chath Weerasinghe and Vittorio Giacomelli to align strategy with execution.
Chath Weerasinghe has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Perfect Moment.
Weerasinghe brings over 20 years of experience in luxury, retail, and consumer products to Perfect Moment. During his tenure as Regional Director and Vice President of Finance and Operations for Canada Goose EMEA, Weerasinghe oversaw all business aspects. He achieved exceptional results, including rapidly expanding DTC and B2B operations and implementing efficiency initiatives.
Vittorio Giacomelli, former President of Product and Sourcing at Canada Goose, will oversee product strategy, development, and innovation.
He has experience in design, product development, and sourcing, Giacomelli will focus on execution, improving operations, increasing profitability and building the infrastructure necessary for a leading global brand. He led Canada Goose’s product development and sourcing, contributing to the brand’s growth. His career also includes leadership roles at other major brands.
