Snowboard footwear and apparel brand ThirtyTwo has announced the return of Brad Alband as its new Creative Director. Alband, who previously served as sales and design manager from 2007 to 2011, rejoins the brand at a pivotal time as it celebrates its 30th anniversary and launches its first snowboard bindings.

During his earlier tenure, Brad Alband helped shape ThirtyTwo’s expansion into outerwear and its embrace of skate and streetwear influences. In his new role, he will work closely with the brand team to elevate ThirtyTwo’s positioning while staying true to its rider-driven roots.
Brian Cook, ThirtyTwo’s global brand director, described Alband’s return as “balance restored,” highlighting the pivotal role he played in the brand’s earlier growth. Alband commented that “there is no place like home,” adding that his experience since leaving ThirtyTwo will help the brand navigate its next growth phase under the Nidecker Group.
Alband will continue to oversee his brand, Autumn and Corduroy, while focusing on building ThirtyTwo’s creative direction amid growing global demand and the launch of its new T32M FASE binding line.
