Marissa Pardini, Vans’ Chief Product and Merchandising Officer, has announced her departure from the brand by the end of March. This follows a series of turnovers within VF Corp.
Pardini, who joined Vans in December 2022 after a decade with the company and a stint at sister brand The North Face, exits amidst reports of layoffs across multiple departments at Vans, as reported by Shop Eat Surf.
