Long-time servant Michael Phillips swaps his role in the company.
VF Corp. appointed Michael Phillips as VP, Chief Accounting Officer, succeeding Bryan McNeill, who is retiring after 30 years with the company, according to a regulatory filing.
Phillips has served as the VP Enterprise Financial Reporting controller of the company since September 2022.
Since joining VF Corp. in June 2010, Phillips’ prior financial reporting roles included VP, Financial Controller (North America); VP, Financial Controller (Asia Pacific) and chief financial officer, VF services.
Before joining the company, Phillips led audit and financial due diligence engagements for public and private companies, primarily in the consumer products industry, over the course of 15 years. Phillips is a Certified Public Accountant.
