XXL, one of the Nordics’ biggest retailers in sports and outdoors, wants to improve its logistics. A key factor in obtaining this is having a great logistics team to lead the way. XXL has now hired Norwegian Espen Marthinsen, who will take the lead in the company’s new approach to getting goods delivered as quickly and accurately as possible.

Espen joins XXL from Elkjøp Nordic AS, where he spearheaded strategies to optimize supply models and improve last-mile delivery solutions across the Nordics. XXL believes he is passionate about creating customer- and market-driven supply chains that deliver value and set new standards for the industry.
