Perry Ellis has signed a license agreement with Tiendas por Departamento Ripley in Peru for Gotcha, its skate and surf apparel brand. Gotcha is currently available in Ripley's 27 stores in Peru. Through the new license, plans for the brand now envisage further expansion in Peru as well as expansion through Chile and Colombia. Perry Ellis, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, owns a wide portfolio of internationally known brands including its namesake line, Ben Hogan, Farah and others. In addition, the company licenses trademarks from third parties including Nike and Jag for swimwear and Callaway, PGA Tour and Jack Nicklaus for golf apparel.
