Perry Ellis International has signed a licensing agreement for its Gotcha brand with TV Mania of Germany and Must International Trading PTE, covering the whole European Union plus Switzerland, Turkey and Norway, and starting with the Spring 2009 collections. The two companies will develop, manufacture and sell casual, snow and surfwear for men, women and children under this brand, which had been marketed in Europe until a few years ago by Quiksilver. TV Mania is a German company that has been licensing swimwear and other clothing for characters such as Pink Panther, Bob the Builder or Spongebob Squarepants. The wheareabouts of the other company were not given.
