Scrimshaw has been a director of KMD Brands since 2017 and brings extensive experience in sports and apparel, having held leadership roles at Nike for 19 years. He is currently the Global CEO of Enero and has also served as a non-executive director for Catapult International and Fox Racing.

“Brent’s global experience in sports footwear and apparel will be invaluable to KMD Brands as we enhance our global presence,” commented David Kirk, Chairman of KMD Brands. ”His deep understanding of consumer trends and marketplace dynamics will help the group continue innovating and engaging customers.” Kirk also expressed gratitude to Daly for his leadership, particularly during the integration of Rip Curl and the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Scrimshaw will continue as a director but will no longer be considered independent once he assumes his CEO role. His start date depends on his release from his current position, with updates forthcoming.
