Phil Knight has declared to the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission that it owned 67,104,745 shares in Nike as of last Dec. 31, or 15.41 percent of its Class A and B stock. An additional 3,509,800 shares were held by his wife, by a couple of partnerships in which he is a shareholder, and by the Knight Foundation.
