Poc, the Swedish producer of innovative helmets, eyewear, body armor and apparel, will have a new chief executive, Jonas Sjögren, from next Feb. 1. He will join the company, which was bought by Investcorp and merged with the Dainese group in October 2015, after 15 years of experience in the TV and media industry, most recently as CEO of Discovery Networks Sweden. Federico Minoli had been acting as interim CEO of Poc following the departure of the company's founder, Stefan Ytterborn. Minoli will continue as chairman of Poc and Dainese. Ytterborn is still sitting on Poc's board of directors, but he doesn't own any shares in the company. He is involved since earlier this year in a new company, Ride Cake, that has developed high-performance electric-powered offroad motorcycles.
