PrimaLoft has hired Eric Ritter as product development engineer and Jared Cieslewicz as a territory sales manager, in advance of several product announcements. Ritter will be in charge of new product development for the insulation segment of the business. He has over 25 years of textile engineering expertise and most recently worked for Tex Tech Industries, where he handled research and development, production, management of raw materials and manufacturing. Cieslewicz has 17 years of outdoor industry experience. Prior to PrimaLoft, he worked as product developer at Black Diamond.
