Fila is doubling down on pickleball. Since 2019, when the company released its first shoe designated for the sport, it has been pushing to get into the pickleball market. With the release of its new Volley Burst shoe model, the company now claims to be “at the forefront of performance pickleball footwear.”
Anna Leigh Waters, the world’s number one female pickleball player, has used the new shoes since last fall and has also been involved with the design. “I absolutely love the Volley Burst. It was awesome for me to be involved and give feedback in the shoe’s design process, and the comfort and responsiveness have me playing at the top of my game”, she commented.
