Venu 3S

Garmin has introduced the Venu 3 and Venu 3S smartwatches. The Venu 3 duo includes, among other new features, a wheelchair mode. Wheelchair users can track daily pushes instead of steps and receive weight shift alerts. These two models also offer wheelchair-specific sports apps and workouts. Other features in the new Venu 3 and Venu 3S include a “sleep coach,” which provides a sleep score and personalized coaching that recommends how much sleep is needed alongside other metrics. A “nap detection” system automatically tracks naps and adds them to the overall sleep tracking to check the nap’s time and duration and see how they benefit the body. The Venu 3 series also features improved battery life, which will last up to 14 days in smartwatch mode, or five days with the screen set to always-on, and up to 20 hours of GPS tracking in all-systems-on GPS mode. Furthermore, since users do not have to charge their watch every night, they can monitor health metrics 24/7 and receive a more comprehensive view of their stress, said Garmin.
