ASICS has launched the second edition of its Night Energy Collection, an apparel and footwear range built for evening play ahead of the night sessions at Flushing Meadows, home of the US Open.

The Japan-based brand debuted the concept last year with its first Night Energy shoe ahead of the 2025 tournament. This year’s range trades that black colorway for two purple tones the brand calls “Faded Plum” and “Seastorm,” with garments knitted from cationic yarn, and uses ASICS’ ACTIMOTION technology for targeted flexibility and ACTIBREEZE for airflow and cooling.

Two shoes anchor the footwear side. The GEL-RESOLUTION X NIGHT ENERGY (€160) is built for stability, using DYNAWALL and DYNALACING technology to support lateral movement during baseline rallies. The SOLUTION SPEED FF 4 NIGHT ENERGY (€160) is built for speed, using FLYTEFOAM cushioning and SPEEDTRUSS technology aimed at fast acceleration and all-court movement.

Apparel prices for the collection range from €12 for a wristband to €85 for the women’s jacquard skirt.

Lorenzo Musetti, Belinda Bencic and Jasmine Paolini will wear the full apparel and footwear collection during evening matches in New York. Taylor Fritz and Emma Navarro will wear the footwear only. The footwear ties into ASICS’Speed and Stability framework. Players will wear the collection during night sessions and the fourth match of the day, with the range available now at asics.com.
