Puma has appointed Raliza Koleva as chief compliance officer, starting from June 7 and reporting directly to Bjørn Gulden, the group's chief executive. Koleva is a trained lawyer who joined Puma's legal department in 2014. As head of governance, she will keep her function as adviser to Puma's managing directors and its administrative board on governance issues, and she will continue to report to Jochen Lederhilger, global director of legal affairs.
