Puma was honored by the Guardian Sustainable Business Awards as the overall winner, beating out 35 other companies. It also took home the award in the biodiversity category for its environmental profit and loss account, which analyzes environmental factors such as water consumption and greenhouse gas emissions throughout its operations to better develop solutions to address these issues. The awards are given each year to reward companies' initiatives to address environmental and social challenges.
