Puma will relocate the personnel currently working at its two U.S. offices in Boston and Westford, Massachusetts, to a single new headquarters for North America in the same state. The new office will occupy five floors, or about half of a 300,000-square-foot building scheduled for construction in Somerville, just north of Boston. The staff will have access to a 19,000-square-foot roof deck – complete with basketball court and a recreation area – as well as a gym, a kids' room, bicycle storage and a 2,300-square-foot balcony. Puma plans to expand its local staff by 20 percent to about 550, and it is hoping the new home will help draw new talent.
