Quiksilver has named Joe Scirocco as chief financial officer, replacing Steve Brink who has resigned to pursue other interests but will first remain with the company for some time to ensure a smooth transition and to provide consulting services. Scirocco was most recently chief financial officer at Tommy Hilfiger Corporation. In a separate appointment, David Morgan has been promoted to chief operating officer from his former role as executive vice president of finance and operations. Separately, Quiksilver has announced that Laurent Boix-Vives, the former controlling shareholder of Skis Rossignol, has resigned from the company’s board of directors.
