Rapala is introducing its new Eco Wear Reflection waders to alleviate stress on water ecosystems. Renewable energy is used in their production. They are made with DuPont Cerenol Polyol technology, a family of polyether polyols that are manufactured in a sustainable process. This technology is applied to the waders to give them waterproof and breathable qualities while using 30 percent less fossil energy and 35 percent fewer greenhouse gas emissions. Rapala is also packaging them in a recyclable carton. The waders feature unique aquatic patterns that mimic underwater light conditions to help the wearer blend in.
