Rapala VMC Corporation has completed its purchase of Dynamite Baits, a British company that makes baits for sport fishing. The total price was about €6.5 million. Dynamite, based in Nottingham, England, is a 15-year-old company with about 60 employees. Last year it had sales of about €7.9 million, about 20 percent of them outside the U.K.
