Reed Exhibitions Deutschland and Body LIFE, the trade publication, are gearing up for this year's European Fitness Summit being held Sept. 26-28 in Barcelona. For the fifth year, top industry decision makers in fitness and wellness will descend on the Spanish city to network and make deals. About 20 suppliers and 60 purchasing specialists who were handpicked are slated to attend. The European Fitness Summit team schedules all talks, in 25- minute increments, once purchasers decide which companies they want to talk to. More than 350 meetings will be held. This year the people behind the show have traveled throughout Europe, from Spain to the U.K. to Scandinavia, to drum up interest in the event.
