Regatta Group, the British outdoor company, has moved Graham Rickard from heading up the Regatta brand to being managing director of the Dare 2b brand. Jo Hawkins will take over his old responsibilities while keeping her position as head of product management. Rickard has been with Regatta for 13 years.
