In line with the dealer structure of the German retail group, Sport 2000 has reorganized its advisory board. The committee now includes a considerably larger number of representatives from specialist retail. The main task of the advisory board is to advise and work jointly with Sport 2000 management on the challenges that retailers face.
The advisory board spokesman and representative of the running retailers is Jost Wiebelhaus of Frankfurt Laufshop. Also new to the panel is Kerstin Kremer of Reiseshop Kiel (representing outdoor specialists) and Andreas Schneider from Rad + Sport Schneider (winter sports specialists). Martin Schwarz of Absolute Teamsport Sportdirekt has been on the board for the team sports partners for several years, as has deputy advisory board spokesman Ralf Meyer for the generalists. For ANWR Group, Matthias Grevener is a permanent advisory board member. “With the new composition of the advisory board, we have a balanced and very competent representation of our partners, with a mix of new and experienced people in the roles,” said Sport 2000 CEO Dominik Solleder. ”A very constructive and solution-oriented exchange characterized the group’s first meeting.”
