The new Highstreet Gallery in Bolzano houses over 80 local and international brands. The mall is part of the new WaltherPark mixed-use complex, designed by world-renowned architect David Chipperfield. WaltherPark represents a €600 million investment and occupies a total surface of 127,000 square meters, making it the largest private development ever completed in Alto Adige. The project, which seamlessly connects the railway station with Piazza Walther, brings together retail, office and hospitality functions.
Highstreet Gallery spans over 31,000 square meters of retail space and 4,000 square meters dedicated to the food market, with 23 gastronomic stands. It also hosts the first store of retail chain Esselunga in Alto Adige.
The new shopping destination houses more than 80 local and international brands, including JD Sports, Skechers, Under Armour, Foot Locker, Virgin Active and Nike, among others. The offer is completed by a fitness and sports area, hosting the region’s first Virgin Active Club and the Salewa Cube, an indoor climbing space.
